Delete your account or data

Stratum is made by Directive LLC. Your workouts, rehab, pain checks and notes live on your phone, not on our server. A sign-in account is optional; if you made one, our server holds only your account details (sign-in, name and email).

Delete your sign-in account in the app

1. Open Stratum and go to Profile.
2. In the account card at the top, tap Delete account.
3. Tap Delete account again to confirm.

This removes your sign-in, name and email from our server. It does not touch the workouts on your phone.

Delete the workouts on your phone

1. Go to Profile and scroll to Data.
2. Tap Delete all data, then Delete everything.

This permanently deletes every workout, pain check, gym and setting on that phone. Deleting the app does the same.

No longer have the app?

Email privacy@stratummetrics.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Stratum account". We will delete your account details and reply to confirm when it is done.
